Senior Renewable Energy Engineer
BEng(Hons) , MEng
Darcy joined CTP in 2016 after 5 years working in a number of engineering roles across the disciplines of electrical, mechanical and environmental engineering. Prior to joining the team, Darcy spent 2 years working as a renewable energy engineer conducting feasibility studies, engineering design and project management for solar PV and energy efficiency projects. He has recently completed a Master of Engineering in Sustainable Energy at RMIT where he received the Vice Chancellor’s List Award for the top performing students. His thesis focused on electric vehicles impact on the electricity networks and their ability to provide energy storage for a grid with ever increasing renewable energy generation.
Darcy’s well-honed analytical skills and modelling capabilities has seen him take a key role in many of CTP’s feasibility studies and energy modelling for utility scale and hybrid/off-grid projects.
