Lucinda joined CTP as a Renewable Energy Engineer in 2018 and has more than 5 years experience in renewables. She previously worked on Solar PV and BESS projects in a range of capacities with Energy Made Clean and Energy Australia’s Solar Team. Lucinda also has a Master of Engineering specialising in Sustainable Energy.
At CTP, Lucinda has extensive experience developing concept and detailed designs of utility-scale solar farms up to 150MW, including the 12MWp Melbourne Airport Solar Farm and the SA Water Solar Rollout for several sites totalling more than 20MWp. Lucinda is also involved in a number of technical advisory projects and was recently the Project Manager for an investigation into the feasibility of 14 BESS & Hybrid installations in the NEM, which included a review of the AEMO Registration Classifications and impact of the AEMC’s proposed NER rule change for energy storage and hybrid facilities.
Lucinda has an eye for detail and is skilled at solving complex problems. She leverages these skills in all facets of her work at CTP. Lucinda is passionate in advocating for Women in STEM and is involved in the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at CTP. Lucinda also appears on the CEC Women in Renewables Speakers Guide and had the privilege to sit on the Sustainable Engineering Panel in 2020 for Females in RMIT Engineering.
