Roberta joined CTP in 2020 after leading the Engineering and Installation teams of various Italian and Australian solar companies. She is an experienced professional engineer with extensive experience in project management and the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects. Roberta has a Master’s degree in Management and Production from the University of Parma (Italy). She has been working in the Solar industry for over 16 years and has been a CEC accredited designer since 2010.
At CTP, Roberta leads the business development, sales, and delivery of the CTP e-Cube. Her activities include identifying sales opportunities; project management of the delivery of the e-Cube to customer from order receipt to final commissioning; project management of engineering scope related to the e-Cube projects, such as protection and earthing reports and electrical design. She has a firm grasp on both engineering and management skills to complete projects successfully while satisfying all parties involved. Roberta is solution-driven to make clever electrical design decisions and recommendations.
Roberta is a strong leader who has a passion for renewable energy. She builds and maintains strong work relationships with different stakeholders, building on success and trust.
