Lachlan is the founder of Clean Technology Partners. He has been working in clean technology since graduating in 2003. Starting his career as a project engineer based in Melbourne, he delivered a number of Melbourne’s early-stage commercial solar systems. He travelled to Europe in 2005 to further his career and worked as a Project Manager in Innovation at a leading solar PV EPC company. In that time, he led the development of new methods of construction and installation of solar and was a key team leader on a number of large-scale PV projects located in Germany, Spain, Italy and the UK.
Since returning to Australia, Lachlan established Clean Technology Partners in 2011 to provide professional engineering services and solutions to the commercial, utility and hybrid clean tech industries. Lachlan has led CTP for over 10 years and in that time led the business into numerous new sectors delivering many gigawatts of clean energy and energy storage projects including grid solutions, O&M, technical advisory, BESS, off grid and demand response.
Lachlan’s 20 years of experience working at the tip of the spear in the constantly evolving field of renewable energy has gifted him unique insights into what makes a successful project.
