Project Goal:
Provide technical coordination, design and sub-contractor management for successful bid on large-scale roof mounted PV system.
Project Challenges:
Large and complicated PV system, spread over 15 roofs
Project Results:
- Clean Technology Partners coordinated the technical aspects of the proposal including roof layouts, component specification, energy modelling and communications of technical aspects across all consortium members.
- Clean Technology Partners coordinated supplier negotiations and drew on significant project experience to assist the team in preparing a highly attractive proposal, resulting in project award.
- A master tool was established at the initial bid stage that allowed the team to quickly respond to requested changes.
